In some categories, our economic leverage makes us the largest buyer of specific products. As an example, the sourcing needs of one HAVI Global Solutions client have made us the largest importer of toys in the world. While such massive purchasing volume can obviously deliver savings to clients, HAVI Global Solutions prefers to look at supplier relationships as win-win partnerships between buyer and seller. We also take this approach with supply chain integration and promotions leadership. In fact, many of our supply chain relationships have withstood the test of time, lasting as long as 30 years – a testament to our desire to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
