Situation
An international restaurant client of HAVI Global Solutions wanted to expand its in-package children’s meal program to Brazil, the largest market in Latin America.

- Together with the client, worked out new logistics from scratch to meet practical and import requirements
- To meet new supply/demand patterns, estimated demand up front and then made adjustments quickly and efficiently
