With services as the foundation of our business, our success depends on people. A diverse employee base provides the basis for our success. As such, we have formed the HAVI WISE Business Council to provide development and networking opportunities. HAVI WISE is integral to growing and sustaining diversity, inclusion and work/life balance.
Our Mission is to create an empowering environment that provides inspiration and preparation for all HAVI women to reach their full personal and professional potential.
In alignment with the mission, HAVI WISE hosts events, programs, educational forums, networking, and community outreach opportunities.
While this organization is focused on HAVI women at all levels, we encourage HAVI men to participate. Why men? Because men are working for, working alongside, and managing more women in today’s environment. Additionally, many HAVI men have working spouses or daughters who will join the workforce in the future. HAVI WISE can help HAVI men optimize this changing world – for their own benefit as well as that of our women employees.
The core facets of HAVI WISE include:
Enrichment: Providing access to educational tools & facilitating learning opportunities/forums for members
Networking: Encouraging, guiding and creating networking opportunities for members
Events: Providing an educational forum to include all HAVI WISE members and Executive Management
Programs: Providing opportunities to connect & share experiences with other members
Community Outreach: Providing additional information about and opportunities to participate in existing community outreach activities
