Today, the revolution continues. Working with a client, HAVI Global Solutions developed a key efficiency metric that compares the rate of raw item deliveries at retail with the rate of sales containing the raw item. In addition, we recently presented one of our clients with the 2010 Supply Chain Integration Playbook, a plan that identifies best practices of world-class supply chains and provides theirs with a roadmap to innovation.
