Patty is responsible for the HAVI Global Solutions departments that support the management of the Latin American supply chain for the world’s largest program of toy premiums. In that role, she has handled challenges that range from facilitating the decision to use higher-priced toys in keeping with regional consumer preferences, to installing contingency plans designed to avoid any interruption in the zone’s toy supplies.

As a Civil Engineer with both an MBA and a master’s degree in marketing, Carole has the head to wear many hats – which makes her a perfect fit for her group’s challenge of planning, organizing and executing her clients’ promotions for Africa and the Middle East. She takes particular pride in advancing HAVI Global Services’ goal of constant innovation and process improvement; in that connection, she relishes her personal responsibility to keep the client updated on what’s being developed for other regions.

Jamie arrived at HAVI Global Solutions in 2005 with several years of project and event management experience, and she has called on every minute of it. Her responsibilities include coordinating and routing the creative content of all promotional packaging before it was turned over to the vendors for mass production, in addition to managing the timelines and approval process between HAVI Global Solutions and the customer.

Kate boasts an extensive background in the international forwarding industry as well as a degree in international business. These credentials made her an ideal choice to join the Global Trade and Logistics team at HAVI Global Solutions in 2003. Shipping and importing are among the several functions Kate must manage in this role, prompting her to earn her license as a United States Customs Broker.

Luis brought his international MBA and his decade of CPA experience to HAVI Global Solutions in 2005. His value to the team was exemplified by a recent promotion for which he determined optimum prices for promotional items, identified potential costs, and reviewed the promotion’s financials for presentation to the team’s own management and the client. He approaches his job with a keen recognition that effective cost control depends on the ability to identify potential changes and their financial impact.

An MBA and a 10-year veteran of HAVI Global Solutions, Roberta works with clients’ distribution centers to ensure that retail outlets have adequate supplies of product. This often puts her in direct contact with distribution centers, a duty that took on additional urgency when she recently oversaw the phase-out of one package design in favor of a new one. Despite an interruption of supply from one major supplier, she personally supervised the weekly allocation of remaining supplies to retailers and ensured sufficient allocations to all.

Axel’s extensive experience in managing supply chains on the client side makes him a perfect fit for the South American unit of HAVI Global Solutions. This background enables him to know which suppliers to reach out for, develop and validate different scenarios, conduct negotiations and implement the resulting plans, even for complex projects that cross national boundaries and involve multiple SKUs.

As the first HAVI Global Solutions staff member to be employed in Japan – Yasuaki brought 16 years of experience providing packaging solutions, the challenge was to build a team of packaging competencies in Japan. Today, he manages a team of professionals who execute and deliver multiple packaging solutions for our customers in Japan.

Rick joined HAVI Global Solutions APMEA in 2005 with extensive experience in deploying and selling supply chain solutions. Rick is currently responsible for leadership and management of deploying supply chain solutions and services in the APMEA region. Despite challenges of managing multiple initiatives, Rick was able to maintain a work-life balance and found time to self-study, becoming the first Certified Supply Chain Professional in the APMEA region.
